The Carriage House was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, cozy, and well
furnished. The location is within a few blocks of the 5 Points restaurants, grocery store. The hosts are welcoming and friendly.

We arrived late, due to a ferry delay, but the owner lives on site and kindly waited up for us. The gite was perfect for us - six adults in 3 roomy ensuite king size bedrooms. The two children were extremely happy in their own little flatlet of two bedrooms (a twin and a double), a shared toilet and shower room together with their own separate kitchen and sitting room complete with pool table, comfy leather sofas and large TV! There was also a large kitchen/diner/sitting room with all you'd need for the stay, modern leather sofas and 2 recliners, and best of all a stunning huge window with the most beautiful view of a sleepy, rocky bay with little yachts bobbing on a blue sea and the Isle of Brehat clearly visible. There were other excellent facilities, such as a very large private balcony with dining table, several sun loungers and an area for drying clothes/towels/swimsuits. There's a shared pool, but rarely busy with other guests, and a garden with a football net. There was a ping pong table and some gym equipment. Absolutely ideal for a family holiday. The owners were very helpful and spoke some English, but a smattering of French would be useful. Lovely little local towns and restaurants. We all loved it and were very sorry to leave.
