We arrived late, due to a ferry delay, but the owner lives on site and kindly waited up for us. The gite was perfect for us - six adults in 3 roomy ensuite king size bedrooms. The two children were extremely happy in their own little flatlet of two bedrooms (a twin and a double), a shared toilet and shower room together with their own separate kitchen and sitting room complete with pool table, comfy leather sofas and large TV! There was also a large kitchen/diner/sitting room with all you'd need for the stay, modern leather sofas and 2 recliners, and best of all a stunning huge window with the most beautiful view of a sleepy, rocky bay with little yachts bobbing on a blue sea and the Isle of Brehat clearly visible. There were other excellent facilities, such as a very large private balcony with dining table, several sun loungers and an area for drying clothes/towels/swimsuits. There's a shared pool, but rarely busy with other guests, and a garden with a football net. There was a ping pong table and some gym equipment. Absolutely ideal for a family holiday. The owners were very helpful and spoke some English, but a smattering of French would be useful. Lovely little local towns and restaurants. We all loved it and were very sorry to leave.

A perfect venue for groups from England wanting a real Brittany experience

Ploubazlanec is a pleasant 1.5 hour journey from St Malo. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our adult family group of seven. The inside sitting area has wonderful country AND sea views and the large terrace is perfect for relaxed mealtimes or a spot of sunbathing. The bedrooms were comfortable - although the fifth bedroom is designed more for children - and the ensuites and bathrooms are modern and very clean. The swimming pool/table tennis/table football are in the communal area directly beneath the property. Guests from the two other properties did use them without causing any noise issues for us. The pool table in the property gives chance for more fun and laughter! The kitchen/dining area is very well equipped and provides a social, open plan area for dining and socialising. The walk to the village was ideal for accessing bread and croissants in the morning (you need to be early!), coffee overlooking the harbour area and a lovely fish restaurant for lunch and dinner. We would recommend the villa for group of friends or family - the owners were so friendly and helpful - although you do need a bit of French to communicate effectively!!! The sun shone for the whole week - a very memorable holiday for us all.

Une propriété au calme, très confortable. Parfaite étape pour passer une semaine d’été avec le soleil en famille ou avec des amis. Les prioritaires sont très avenants et logent dans une maison à côté. Paimpol est à 5mn en voiture ainsi que l’embarcadère pour la superbe île de Brehat. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location. Bon séjour aux suivants. Yann et Ella.

Bel endroit, vue magnifique, propriétaires discrets. Il y a tout ce qui faut. L'idée du billard, du babby foot et du ping-pong est géniale. Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine.

Nous étions 7 à profiter de ce merveilleux séjour. Tout était au rendez-vous...accueil, vue magnifique, la maison est spacieuse, très propre et les prestations au top. Le grand plus étant la piscine chauffée 🤗 Les photos et le descriptif sont vraiment conforme à la réalité, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!!!

Deuxième séjour dans cette maison, tout était parfait. Petite information, il manque peut être dans les placards, du sel, poivre, huile vinaigre... Et le soleil :) Autre précision de la part de ma tante, elle aurait aimé du lave main 😄

Il ne nous a rien manqué ! Le confort, l’espace, l’équipement, le cadre de vie, la vue sur la mer, les billards baby-foot….un magnifique week-end à 12 et même 14 personnes, et en prime une belles journée ensoleillée ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Un très bon long week end dans cette magnifique propriété où nous avons pris énormément de plaisir : hôtes accueillants et pas compliqués qui peuvent être fiers des prestations qu'ils proposent. Environs très plaisants, proche de toute commodités. Et cette vue sur l'île de Brehat ! Ca n'a pas de prix et on ne s'en lasse pas. Nous nous estimons chanceux d'avoir pu séjourner dans un tel lieux. Maison avec vue panoramique sur la baie de Paimpol. Séjour à 5 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge, configuration des chambres idéale (2 petites chambres isolées). Petit bémol pour les locataires de l'appartement du dessus qui visiblement n'étaient pas doués pour le billard et faisaient tomber les boules assez tard. Rien qui ne relève du propriétaire toutefois ! Merci à Joël et sa femme pour les chouettes vacances !

Nous avons passé un séjour génial entre amis. Non seulement il y a une vue imprenable sur la mer et en plus une maison hyper confortable. Nous y étions comme chez nous avec piscine couverte chauffée, baby foot, ping pong, et billard Un logement qualitatif et des propriétaires hyper sympathiques aux petits soins à la moindre demande, totalement à notre écoute. Le logement est joliment décoré avec de belles chambres dont une PMR. Génial. Je recommande à 200%

La vue est magnifique, le gîte est très propre, confortable, spacieux. La cuisine bien équipée. Il y a des espaces pour chacun entre le billard, la salle de jeux avec ping pong et baby-foot, la piscine chauffée et le salon avec vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons été mal accueillie par la gérante, étant donné que nous étions 8 jeunes de 20 ans, et qu'ils avaient eu des problèmes avec des jeunes peu de temps avant. Nous comprenons tout de même, mais il y a une manière de dire les choses. L'evier était bouché et cela a été embêtant mais rien de bien grave. Ce sont les seuls points négatifs de notre séjour, la maison est très propre, grande, avec une super vue. Le fait d'avoir un billard nous a également bien occupé^^. La piscine intérieure est également un +. Enfin le gérant quant à lui a été très gentil et s'est montré avenant envers nous en nous prêtant une clé 4g étant donné que la wifi marchait mal. À réserver sans hésiter !

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist wirklich einmalig. Uns hat es an absolut nichts gefehlt. 3 Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, es gab genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und Geschirr und die Kinder liebten vor allem den Billardtisch. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war trotz Sprachbariere (nur ein wenig Englisch) super. Sie haben uns auch kurzfristig mit Bettwäsche ausgeholfen, da unsere deutsche leider nicht gepasst hat. Wir können die Wohnung jedem nur weiter empfehlen und würden selber auch jederzeit die Wohnung nochmal buchen. Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Woche!
