About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers you this charming 180 m² house in Minihy-Tréguier with a view of the river Jaudy, which can accommodate up to 10 travellers.
It comprises a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a living room, five beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 3,600 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large 25 m² dining kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, large gas piano, etc.
- A dining room with fireplace.
- A lounge with a large sofa, stove, large screen and projector.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with a double bed (140×190).
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
- Shower room with shower.
- Separate WC.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds.
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190).
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- A vast enclosed garden of 3,600 m², with an orchard (many fruit trees) and furniture available (table, chairs, deckchair, parasol, barbecue, swing, games).
The house is ideally located in Minihy-Tréguier, in a very quiet, pleasant setting overlooking the River Jaudy. The centre of Tréguier and all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just a 5-minute drive away.
Activities :
- Beaches.
- Water sports (sailing, kitesurfing, paddle, kayaking, etc.).
- Hiking on the GR34, the pink granite coast, the island of Bréhat, etc.
- Visit Tréguier: the cathedral, the cloister, Ernest Renan's house.
- The Philomenn brewery, the Kerdalo garden.
- La Roche-Jagu castle.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private courtyard of the house (any type of vehicle), or in the garage (a small car).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Paimpol station 18 km away and Guingamp station 30 km away.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
