About this house rental
House with lots of charm and character located 50 m from the seafront in Brittany in Perros-Guirec on the Pink Granite Coast.
Very well located between the port and the church with a 100 m² South-exposed fenced and private garden.
Although it is hundred-year-old, it has been fully modernised a few years ago and accommodate a large family with all modern conveniences with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has been classified “Tourism 3 stars” which is a proof of the services.
Les Arcades Beach is 50 m and perfect for fishing from the shore, beautiful hikes with views of the seven islands or swimming.
The port is 200 m, the centre is 500 m and the fine sandy beaches are nearby: Trestrignel 1 km and Trestraou with its casino 3 km.
On the second floor: 30 m² “penthouse” bedroom with seaview.
On the first floor: 3 25 m² bedrooms with large beds, bathroom with bath, shower room with shower and toilet.
On the ground floor: entrance, shower room with shower and toilet, 25 m² bedroom/office with 2 single beds, living room with fireplace and piano, dining room and kitchen.
