Stay somewhere else, inaccurate photos & rude owner

The room I received was completely different from the photos in the online listing. Instead of a single level bright cottage as advertised, it was dark room with a single small window. The bed was an uncomfortable pull out couch that was pushed up against a slanted roof. The cottage was also in poor repair with the stair leading up to the property broken and crooked and very slippery. The day of my reservation, the owner messaged saying there was an addition 20 euro charge for bedding and sheets that had to be paid in cash at the property for my one night stay. This fee was not communicated in advance or amount noted clearly on Booking. When I requested a receipt for this additional fee, the owner did not respond. When I expressed my experience with the owner, I was insulted and told I do not know how to use Booking. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Superb

We loved our stay here. We were a group of three families and rented the main house and a studio. Both were beautifully decorated and there was plenty of attractive and well designed outdoor space. A tabletennis table kept everyone entertained. We appreciated the welcome gifts of homemade jam and caramel sauce and helpful provision of some basic cooking ingredients as well as dishwasher and washing machine tabs. The weather was so good we barely spent any time inside, but the living area was also very comfortable and the large tv was great for collective watching. The ensuite walk-in shower in the ground floor bedroom is lovely. It's not far to the main out of town supermarkets, which is handy, but it's a fairly long and steep walk or cycle anywhere else, so a car is advisable.

Only very minor points: More space for hanging washing / wet towels up. It would be good to have an opportunity to shade the seating area on the patio. The one large parasol could not be moved to where it would have been useful. One bedroom had very limited clothes storage. The only aspect that could be a problem for groups of adults using the house is that one of the triple rooms is a through room to one of the doubles, which we hadn't noticed in the description, if it was mentioned. It was fine for us though.

Very poor

Margot was very nice but I don't think realised the danger. We met very kind Swiss neighbours who offered us a spare ensuite bathroom in their house and allowed us time to find alternative accommodation.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay there because the stairs into the very small studio flat were far too dangerous for my husband to use. They were very wide at the top where the bathroom was very close. The bottom of the bed, which was up against the wall, was on the right-hand side and there is a wall on the left. There wasn't a hand rail either side or above! The photos of the property did not show the stairs. There was also a staircase up to the front door

just details. unable to hang-up the shower head, unable to close the sink. kitchen drawer all full of things. a lot you don’t use, looks more as left over. no space at all to put your own food, to 3 we managed, but how if fully booked with 12 persons.

A very nice and quiet location. The room is very quaint and a really nice family look after you.

The accommodation was really quaint and very comfortable, the location is very good. Generally a very very pleasant place to stay. Two days not enough, we will be back...!

Bedding not included (10 euros), though it probably says so in the conditions. However, it was still extremely good value.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Absolut still-herrliche Ruhe! Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Gastgeberin hat sogar einen eigenen kleinen Reiseführer zusammengestellt!

Très bien mais attention aux coups supplémentaires

La décoration était magnifique, le logement est bien équipé et propre, les jeux pour les enfants étaient très chouette, et surtout margot est extrêmement disponibles et bienveillante dans sa communication et la résolution des problèmes rencontrés. Tres proche des cotes de granite rose sublime, nous avons beaucoup aimé ce lieu je le recommande grandement.

ATTENTION!!! il y a des frais upplémentaires pour les serviettes de bain draps et le ménage , il est difficile de trouver cette information sur booking et c' est un coup qui aurait pu gâcher nos vacances si margot n avait pas été aussi compréhensive. Encore merci à elle. Petite odeur au niveau de la douche ou des WC le soir, sûrement dû à la pluie.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss des großen Hauses mit viel Platz. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Tolle große Terrasse. Freundliche Vermieterin, Kontakt per WhatsApp.

Die Matratze ist durchgelegen und könnte erneuert werden. Bad und Schlafzimmer sind ein Raum, so dass man den Abflussgeruch bei Regen im Zimmer riecht.

Un endroit paradisiaque qui a besoin de plus de soin

Mon évaluation porte sur la maison de la propriétaire et non sur le studio réservé car 10 jours avant notre avant notre arrivée, l'hôte souhaitait annuler la résa pour double réservation, airbnb étant privilégié à booking, soit les vacances étaient fichues soit j'acceptais le logement de la proprio en contre partie. Merci beaucoup pour la solution de secours. Emplacement top, proche de tout, à la campagne, très très calme avec visite de la biche au petit déjeuner. En dédommagement, draps et ménage offerts, super sympa. Confiture maison de bienvenue. Presque comme à la maison.

Aucun volet ni rideau occultant, impossible d'avoir la nuit noir dans toute la maison. Le chat de la maison à gérer: très très gentil et câlin, mais interdit de rentrer dans la maison, soit disant il a l'habitude de ne pas rentrer, mais il ne respecte absolument as cette règle. Donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer, une porte pour aller et venir sur la terrasse, de manger sans qu'il vienne voir votre assiette. Il nous a ramené dans le salon 2 souris vivantes (qu'il a fallu attraper pour les relâcher) et 1 oiseau mort. Très belle terrasse mais aucun moyen de se protéger du soleil, pas de parasol, voile d'ombrage ou autre) même si on est en Bretagne déjeuner à midi en plein soleil et plein sud c'est impossible. Bref entre le chat et le soleil, on a dû rester beaucoup en intérieur et personnellement en vacances j'ai envie de profiter des extérieurs et je me suis vite sentie enfermée. Manque de propreté: cuisine et chambre étaient impeccables, par contre toilettes, table de salle à manger, chaises et surtout bain de soleil étaient tellement sales, des encadrement de portes sales noirs de crasse, des taches, des auréoles, des poils de chats qui s'accumulent, des housses de chaises blanches tellement tachées d'aliments et autres que l'on ne s'y est pas assis! Heureusement nous n'étions que 2 et n'avons utilisé que les sièges de bars propres. Pas cool quand on veut farnienter sur un transat dégueulasse en vacances. D'avoir discuté avec d'autres locataires, ils n'ont pas rencontré de problème de propreté dans leurs locations.

Un petit cocon très confortable et agréable pour profiter de la côte de granit rose

Studio tres bien décoré, au calme et à proximité de perros guirrec. Tout est bien pensé pour optimiser l’espace. Confortable. Margot, la propriétaire est disponible est très agréable.

Une hotte dans la kitchenette ne serait pas de trop pour les odeurs des qu’on cuisine un peu dans le studio. Nous n’avons pas eu de wifi de la semaine.
