A newly renovated traditional Breton house measuring 180 m² set on a landscaped 1,000 m² garden. Every room in this house offers a magnificent view of the sea. On the first floor, you’ll find a large kitchen with a dining area that opens onto the living room and the veranda (total area of approximately 90 m²). Its large windows allow you to admire the changing colors of Perros-Guirec Bay as well as Île Tomé. The kitchen appliances (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, large refrigerator, etc.) are less than a year old. On the first floor, there is also a 14 m² bedroom with a double bed, a children’s play area (board games, puzzles, books, virtual reality headset, etc.), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds, 1 with two single beds) ranging in size from 10 to 20 m², a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a separate toilet. In the basement, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine, a game area (ping-pong table, darts), and a space to store bicycles. In the garden, a boat with 4 berths, a sauna, and a large trampoline sit alongside the blocks of pink granite that define the space. This same granite can be found along the coast of Ploumanac’h (a 10-minute drive away). A small beach is within walking distance (200 m), as is the port of Perros-Guirec (1 km away). The villa is located on a cul-de-sac next to a large parking lot (our children often play there when we’re staying there). There are many activities available in the region, and a tourist information center is located 100 m from the house.
