About this house rental
This beautiful five-bedroom home sleeps 20 people. This home sits just one short block from the beach, on an adjacent easement. The main level includes the living room with 65" Sony 4k Ultra High def HDR SMART TV, surround sound, large sectional with pull out sofa, dining area that seats eight, kitchen, breakfast bars that seat seven to eight, eat-in kitchen area that seats eight, half bath, bedroom with double bunks and full bath (sleeps four) and master suite - 43" LG SMART TV and adjoining master bath (sleeps two).
The main level of the home has a deck on the south facing the Gulf with a cushioned wicker seating area, two loungers and a table with chairs and umbrella. The upper level of the home has three bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two full beds (sleeps four), another bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps two) and the third has two twin over full bunks (sleeps six). The driveway offers parking that would accommodate up to eight vehicles. The home also features a TV in every bedroom plus one in the great room, a fully stocked kitchen, an outside shower, a really nice gas grill and a fenced-in yard. You should expect to have a difficult time leaving this home at the end of your vacation!!!

We had a very nice trip.The house was well equipped and convenient to the beach. All bedrooms and the living area was extremely clean and comfortable.The upstairs blue bathroom tub did not drain well and feels very weak underneath in the subfloors.

The house accommodated our family of 10 perfectly for a week - plenty of room! The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens - we didn’t find anything that we needed that the kitchen didn’t have! The deck furniture was nice and there was plenty of seating inside and out. The overall layout of the house was great! The location was an easy 1 block walk from the beach! The neighborhood was in an excellent location and flat, so great for walking or bike riding! Also, we could get to restaurants, bars and shops within 5-8 minutes. Pensacola Beach is super family friendly and has everything (except a grocery store) you need for a delightful stay. Now for the things that weren’t up to par in the house - the house needs a complete update of interior paint, carpet, bathrooms, stove, microwave, steps to the upstairs, more closet space (many closets were locked as owners closets). Also, the garages are off limits so it made it hard to store bikes, and beach items. Check-in / out was easy! We would not rent this property again unless it gets a total refresh.
