Divided into several cozy private apartments, it offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Ideal for couples or families, this 2-bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and provides access to a shared swimming pool just 300 meters away and a furnished garden perfect for relaxation.
Guests can savor farm-to-table dining at a nearby vineyard restaurant 1 km away, featuring local specialties. Weekly wine tastings in a historic 15th-century villa entrance let you explore the cellars and stroll through the vineyards, connecting you with the region’s rich wine heritage.

We were welcomed very warmly and very personally. The apartment assigned to us was clean, functional and very cozy. We would go again at any time!
The wine tasting offered by Stefania and Filippo was as personal and familiar as the entire stay and the presentation of the wines regarding production and region were informative and full of passion and heart. Besides Elisa is on site who takes care of everything else and cherishes you as a guest.
A wonderful place to be and enjoy life to the fullest!

Heel mooi plekje in de Chiantistreek. Bij de deze wijnboer kun je ook een proeverij doen in het oude huis. Het huis is prachtig, elke avond hadden we de mooiste zonsondergangen. Het zwembad (stukje lopen of rijden) is ergmooi gelegen, met veel schaduwplekken. Ook helemaal Corona-proof met gedesinfecteerde bedjes. De weg naar het huis is wel gaar, het laatste stuk is echt opletten geblazen (vooral 's avonds zonder verlichting). Het huis zelf is prachtig. Goed geëcipeerd en met een fijne tuin erbij. En voldoende afstand tot de andere gasten, waardoor je het idee hebt dat je alleen op de plek verblijft.

Prima ontvangst, correct en volgens afspraak. Heerlijke locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht niet ver van steden, dorpjes en winkels en de ligging van het huis is zo dat je niet direct aan de weg zit - zalig.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit steiler abenteuerliche Anfahrt. Sehr nette Vermieter im Weingut um die Ecke. Idealer Ausflugs Startpunkt nach Florenz, Pisa, Siena und San Gimignano sowie die ländliche Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten. Die Ausstattung ist Standard und idyllisch. Hunde fühlen sich pudelwohl. Man kann direkt neben Olivenhainen frühstücken. Zum nächsten Kiosk sind es 2 bis 5 km je nach Richtung. Auch sehr schön für Kinder die sich hier frei bewegen können.
