This condo was in an excellent location. Beautiful walk down to the beach, conveniently next to all we wanted to do. The sleeping arrangements worked well for my family, and we appreciated the access to laundry and a dishwasher. Communication was quick and easy, as were check in and check out instructions. We would love to stay here again.

Property was located at a great place -walking distance from the pier, shopping places, food, farmers market. Amenities like the washer/dryer, kitchenette and parking spot were a plus. I think the only downsides - there were missing pieces from the window shades, so that exposed a bit of our privacy and there are a couple weird windows that didn’t block any noise. The windows were as a window shades where you can turn the plastic piece to open or close the other way - we heard everything outside. Other than that, this was an excellent stay and I would definitely stay again if the window shades were fixed.

The condo was very old and outdated. Furniture including pull out bed and regular bed were in desperate need of upgrading. Bedding was cheap and the pillows and bedding needed to be replaced. Both beds need new mattresses. Tv had a line through it . The whole apt was very dark. We all got the impression the furniture came from a resale store. The kitchen was fine. Great washer and dryer. Bathroom was nice but needed a grab bar. Condo is not really first floor as it’s built into a hill and required a full outdoor set of steps to get to the door. Doorwall latch was broken and would not lock. Chairs and beach items were old and in need of replacement. Also, bring your own soap and toiletries as these are not provided. The location was good for going downtown but I’d stay closer to a beach from now on.
