Very well appointed condo. It was clean, easy to find and described as the listing. There were clear instructions on how to access all of the amenities. We loved the location and the nice breeze we got with the security door and lanai doors open. The bed was super comfy, and we felt “at home”. The decor was absolutely beautiful.

This was a great place to stay - it was very roomy and updated. The assigned parking spot was great! The location was mostly convenient except it was a little difficult to cross the highway to get to kona shopping. The place was very clean - the only thing that could be improved is new bathroom towels (they were fairly stained and couldn't really tell if they were clean). Other than that we found this was a beautiful condo in the heart of Kona at a reasonable price!

Nice condo with assigned parking. Walking distance to the Pier and Al'hii Drive. Clean but somewhat sparse furnishings. Helen was very responsive. There is a homeless presence in the area (not in the complex but on the streets). Close to Safeway, Walmart, etc.

This is a very nicely remodeled unit. It’s better than the pictures as the pool area has new loungers and bbqs and the unit is more spacious than the pictures look. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, umbrellas provided. Assigned parking was a plus. Try to check in during daylight as the property’s pathway and outdoor lighting is very dim so it was difficult for us to initially find the right building and unit when we arrived our first night. Would stay here again. Only thing I wished was that the shower had better pressure. Thanks for sharing your unit Helen!

Comfortable, convenient, clean and so much more! We liked that Safeway was close by as one of the reasons we book a place like this is to cook for ourselves. This place had all the necessities to do that; the kitchen was well appointed. The place was nicely decorated, tidy and bright. The location was ideal for all our day trips around the island. We also loved that we we could walk to the little shops in the evenings or take a quick drive to watch the sunset.

Overall, it was a good property to stay at. I did expect there to be coffee provided for guests and the pantry could have been better stocked with a few basic items, however the place was clean, quite, and easily accessible. We had stayed at this condo resort in the past and were elated to find the same spot for our 3rd trip to Kona. It’s a great spot to go back to after spending the day exploring. Well stocked, washer & dryer were a plus! Beach chairs would have been nice but found a cheap place to rent for the day, and the cooler and reusable bags were awesome for markets and grocery shopping. Close to many shops and restaurants and we loved having access to the pool, spa and BBQ grills for cooking our own meals. Helen was great to work with and even let us have a late checkout after my spouse fell ill so we weren’t stuck in the car all day waiting for our flight, it was a lifesaver! Overall a great little spot in the middle of Kona!
