**Per strict HOA rules, Golf carts are not permitted to be kept or left to charge on Carolina Surf Property.**
**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart are also available for guest use.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Nice condo, easy access to the beach. Parking was not a problem. You can walk to most attractions in the area (amusement park, boardwalk and restaurants)Would stay there again and recommend.

We had an excellent time here, and the location and views can't be beat! Walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants (a block or so from everything). The condo has just about everything you need - the kitchen is fully stocked, but as others have said, you'll want to bring your own spices if you plan to cook. Clean, comfy, and very relaxing. Did I mention the views?! Thanks for a great stay!

This property was top notch. The building was quiet...no loud or rowdy neighbors and it is situated on the beach. The fact that it had an elevator was crucial for my elderly mother and the parking structure kept our car safe and dry. (We were there during a huge storm that deposited over 18 inches of rain in Carolina Beach). The condo itself is beautiful...all updated fixtures and furnishings plus lots of room to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. I was really impressed by the level of detail to our needs. Thank you!
