Spend the morning at the beach with beach access from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the beautiful fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. Walk two blocks to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new t-shirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts. Inside the condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable oceanfront view from your living room and balcony. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 404 is ready to be your forever vacation home!

Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.
Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool and Beach Access.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

The beach view from the great room and dining area is bar none! The kitchen was clean comfortable and efficient. The central air conditioning is excellent. The property location is perfect.

The location of the condo, the size and overall rating of the property is good. Check in process is clunky. Building is very outdated and definitely could use some good maintenance and repair. Parking is not so great. We were told we could park across the street if the parking deck was full as long as we had our parking passes and we would be ok. Within 3 hours of our stay we received two parking tickets because we didn’t pay the additional fee for parking. We arrived at the condo and within 15 minutes received our first ticket. And only had two days to pay both tickets. Did not foresee spending 100 on parking tickets. The fridge and freezer were not clean. The rack in the freezer is rusted. Kitchen came fully stocked but the pans need replacing. The burners on the stove don’t work all the way. The sink in the master bathroom was leaking. Took maintenance three days to come by only to say they would fix it when we left. No curtains in the living area so not really any privacy and it gets very warm. Furniture was great. Overall stay was great and the grounds were beautiful. Access to everything the beach offers was also amazing. Once we parked we didn’t have to move the cars. Everything was within walking distance. Even with those issues stated we would stay here again.

Beautiful condo with plenty of room, great oceanfront views from the large living/dining area, and a great location... we parked and never got in the cars again until we were packing up to leave.

This property nice and has awesome view of the ocean and beach. A few things need updates in the unit but overall very nice. Master bath was exceptionally. We would stay here again.
