With covered parking and beach gear to share, you will be ready to run right out to the beach just one row from your door. Restaurants, bars, and the summer amusement park are in the surrounding block, including the famous Fat Pelican and Kate’s Pancake House across the street. Leave the car parked all week and walk anywhere you need to be! Our home is designed for gracious, comfortable living with large, comfy, high-quality furniture and bedding. A bathroom for every bedroom ensures sleep time privacy and makes this the perfect beach rental to share with three small families!

Parking: Parking is tight; drivers should park with caution. Oversized vehicles may need to seek off-site alternatives.

Parking:
Tight Parking-Small autos only! Long chassis trucks and SUVs will have to seek paid parking nearby, they cannot be accommodated in free parking.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor's/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.
Pet Policy:
One Dog under 80 lbs only. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Fantastic location and great space. There were several small maintenance items that prevented this unit from being five stars.

The townhome was very spacious, had good amenities and was in a great location. The managing company was great at providing clear information in a timely manner. The parking for this particular unit was very tight and would not support anything larger than a sedan. Also, due to the high ceilings, there are a lot of steps which may not be suitable for older family members. Overall we had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property and enjoyed the ocean view from our bedroom.

We decided to do a last minute trip to the beach for Labor Day before the season came to an end. Landed on this property after some searching and it was all good. Place was clean, well kept and close to the boardwalk. The best thing it is walking distance to the beach, yet just far enough away from all the restaurants and bars to enjoy some peace and quiet at night. Note there are a lot of stairs in the unit, so you will definitely get your steps in!
