It offers breathtaking views over the Esterel Massif, with the Mediterranean Sea and the Lérins Islands stretching across the horizon. The living room with fireplace and the adjoining dining area offer a generous space, each opening onto a covered terrace with beautiful views of the Esterel Massif and the Mediterranean.

On the ground floor: a Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs: three beautifully decorated double bedrooms (including a family room with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a baby crib), a shared bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The upper floor also opens onto a pleasant rooftop terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif or a glass of wine at sunset, as the rocks glow orange and the Lérins Islands shimmer like two pearls in the sea.
The villa is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station (paid service).
A tennis court and a pétanque court are available within the estate.
