About this house rental
Provencal villa of charm renovated in 2017/2018 in the heart of the residential area of Boulouris (ST Raphael), in a very quiet environment 800m from the sea and quick access to the Esterel mountains for nice walks at the end of the day. Ideal for 2 families! Many shops nearby. The land of 1000 m² offers a garden with trees (lemon trees, fig trees, vines, olive trees, loquats.) And flowers (bougainvillea, oleander, magnolia, camellia ...). The garden, facing south, is on the back of the house. There is therefore no visibility of the street. You will have the enjoyment of a private pool (12X5) and secure (double alarm system). All living rooms are located on the ground floor. The house of an area of 200m ², offers 4 beautiful rooms, 10 beds (1 room in rez of garden and 3 rooms on the floor). If you need more beds, please contact me directly. All rooms have air conditioning. The bedding is new (bedding Simmons). The kitchen, completely redone in late 2017, is very well equipped (Nespresso, Robot Magimix, Blender ...) On the ground floor: -1 living / dining room with a surface of 53m² with a high ceiling (mezzanine) giving directly on the garden, -1 kitchen of a surface of more than 13m ² with a scullery (washing machine, dries linen) of more than 7m ² -1 room (close to 15m2) overlooking the swimming pool is equipped with a double bed 160X200 and a storage cabinet. -1 bathroom -1 bathroom Upstairs: -1 bedroom (15m2) overlooking the pool is equipped with a double bed 160X200 and a storage cabinet. -1 bedroom (more than 18m2) is equipped with a double bed 160X200 and a large closet - and finally 1 bedroom (about 17m2): 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed 90X190, 1 bed 120X190 and a dresser. -1 bathroom -1 bathroom Private parking for 1 car, parking possible on the street (wide one-way and low traffic). Outside equipment: - 6 sunbeds - Electric griddle - garden table and 10 seats Bed linen and towels are provided. A gardener and poolman take care of the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool during all your stay.
A cleaning fee end of stay (200 €)
A deposit of 1500 € will be paid at the handing over of the keys (after inventory of fixtures) and will be returned to the exit after inventory of places of exit. The amount of the deposit if paid by check will not be cashed.
