About this villa rental

This beautiful and large 260 m² villa, classified as "Belle Époque", will enchant you with its view of the Mediterranean and its privileged location in the Santa Lucia port district, close to shops and restaurants and the city center, within walking distance to the beaches.

The villa is an elegant residence typical of the golden age of the seaside resort at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Ground floor:

You enter the villa through a large entrance that opens onto a marble staircase.

On the left is a large dining room of about 30 m², with a ceiling height of over 3 meters, carefully and elegantly furnished to host friends and family around a good meal.

On the right, you will find a living room of about 40 m², with a ceiling height of 3 meters. There is a TV area, including a sofa, armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV.

Games and an American pool table are available for unforgettable family moments.

The large bay windows in the living room, equipped with electric blinds, open onto a large rounded terrace with a view of the Mediterranean and the port, allowing you to dine outside and enjoy this beautiful view.

Adjacent to the living room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso and filter, raclette machine, crepe maker, waffle maker, yogurt maker, etc.

In the house, you will find documentation about sites to visit in the region, maps, and the menus of the most charming restaurants in the area.

Upstairs:

Five bedrooms, including 2 of over 20 m², can accommodate up to 12 people.

The first bedroom with a 1.60 m bed, an antique wardrobe, and a chest of drawers has a French window with a large balcony overlooking the Lion d'Or massif and the Mediterranean.

The second bedroom with a 1.60 m bed, a large built-in closet, and a desk has a sea view.

The third bedroom has a double bed (1.40 m), a large wardrobe, and two large built-in closets with a small balcony with a sea view.

The fourth bedroom is very large (25 m²) with 2 beds (90 cm) and a 1.20 m bed, also with a large window offering a panorama of the sea. This large bedroom is adjacent to a bathroom with a sink and toilet.

A final bedroom is arranged as a relaxation area, with a TV corner, closets filled with board games for children and adults. The BZ unfolds to open a very large bed for two people. This room has a pleasant terrace.

A large family bathroom with a corner bath and a shower room complete the floor.

Smokers are welcome, but they will be asked to smoke outside the villa on the terraces or in the garden for everyone's comfort.

Wi-Fi is accessible and free throughout the house.

The villa has a basement that will not be available to tenants. This completely independent lower part of the villa is reserved for the owners who can be at your disposal throughout your stay.

The garden:

Typically Mediterranean with a beautiful variety of plants. A garden lounge. A barbecue. Shaded areas alternate with sunny areas.

Parking:

Possibility to park at least three cars in the large courtyard.

Miscellaneous:

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Parties are not allowed, very attentive and quiet neighborhood. No noise after 10 p.m.

Activities:

The villa is the ideal starting point for many sports activities: Hiking, mountain biking, and road cycling in the Esterel massif, a protected site without habitation.

The proximity to the beaches allows you to walk there without looking for a parking space, which is always paid. The villa is a five-minute walk from a wild cove with crystal-clear water for pleasant swims. It is a five-minute walk from the Esterel and the port.

Within less than 15 minutes on foot, the supervised Veillat beach offers many activities: scuba diving, paddleboarding, tubing, sailing club, jet skiing, and restaurant.

Within a radius of less than 10 km, you can play golf, tennis, etc.

A mini-market with a bakery and French and international press is a three-minute walk from the house.

Many sites to visit in the region:

La Napoule and its castle
Cannes with its Croisette and its steps
Mougins, Biot, and Vallauris offer exceptional cultural sites
Grasse with its perfumeries, MOULIN, Nord, and Fragonard.
The Corniche d'Or
