About this villa rental
This Provencal hacienda in the heart of the red rocks of the Esterel Massif sleeps 10/12 in a quiet setting not overlooked with panoramic views of the Esterel. It has all modern conveniences in a secured fenced residential park. There is an infinity pool with views of the Esterel (heating available), a pool house with barbecue, a dining area, a shower room and a toilet by the pool, a boules pitch, a tennis court in the residence, a 2200 m² landscaped garden, a large terrace with garden furniture (12 people), a barbecue, 4 master suites including 3 with Spa bath, hydromassage shower and toilet and 1 with shower (hydromassage shower) and toilet, 2 television areas including a 140 cm flat screen, Wi-Fi, alarm system and telemonitoring, 2 carports and a garage. It is close to Mandelieu and its beaches (10 km) and Cannes (15 km).

We spent a lovely fortnight at this wonderful villa, very well located to visit Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco as well as lovely local towns and villages. The views from the villa are absolutely stunning, the photos do not do it justice. We never got tired of admiring it! The villa is within a gated community, so privacy and security are assured. The pool is fabulous and the terrace and outside dining area perfect for lazy al fresco lunches and evening drinks. The villa was very clean, and everything we could think of was provided.
The particulars list a tennis court, however this is a communal court for the use of all the properties and does not belong to the villa exclusively. We did not find this a problem as it was usually available.
Stephane and Fanny were very helpful in ensuring our stay was very comfortable.

The location is simply superb. The pool is below the house and out of sight. The property is not lived in and rented out occasionally but mainly rented. It reflects this in its detail, maintainance and quality of furnishings.

Pool was clean and well heated
Poolbeds ok but no cussions
Kitchen: we were missing cups , glasses and otter stuff…
Airco was everywhere ok
Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect
Garage could not be used
We had a nice time!

The property was perfect for our family: spacious and bright with great spaces for lounging and family meals. The communication before our stay and at check-in was very easy! We would book again!
