This beautiful villa, completely renovated in 2025 with new high-end furnishings, is ideally located in the quiet and sought-after Boulouris neighborhood of Saint-Raphaël, close to the Esterel Mountains, the sea and its beaches, golf courses, and all amenities.
A 1,700 m² landscaped garden with a large, swimming pool (over 36 m²), a boules court, and several terraces make this villa a peaceful and revitalizing haven.
A beautifull view from the terrace and a sea view from the bedrooms complete the charm of this house.
The villa comprises
- A living area with a cathedral ceiling, a dining room, and a fully equipped high-end open-plan kitchen (wine cellar, oven, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer) extending onto a veranda and a terrace with a beautiful view.
- Sleeping area:
. An air-conditioned master suite with direct access to the terrace, garden, and pool, equipped with a magnificent 160x200 queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and toilet, and its own dressing room.
. A bedroom with designer furnishings and a 160cm double bed, offering a sea view.
. A bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children. The beds can be pushed together to accommodate for a couple.
. A charming, romantic room with private access (interior staircase and private landing), exotic bohemian-chic furniture, and two windows with a beautiful sea view - a 140cm double bed.
. An additional bedroom on the garden level equiped with a comfortable double sofa bed.
- 2 additionnal bathrooms and 2 separate toilets
- 1 garage with laundry area, 2 washing machines, including 1 with a dryer, and a large refrigerator.

The outdoor area is equipped with garden furnitures, lounge chairs, and a teak sofa to ensure a truly relaxing stay.
A terrace adjoining the living room is dedicated to dining and is equipped with a large table and armchairs for 10 people.
