Travertine floors, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan make for a welcoming entry to your villa. Each guest is ensured their privacy and comfort with Villa 116 boasting four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Just outside the living area and Master Bedroom is a private balcony with a view of the Mariner's Club Marina. Mornings are best spent here watching the sun rise over the serene waters of the Atlantic Ocean with coffee in-hand. This villa features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances as well as Keurig and standard coffee makers. The Master Bedroom hosts a large walk-in restroom which contains an oversized tub and Travertine tile shower.
No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. Gated community. Ground floor overlooking the marina, and the waters beyond. I especially enjoyed the balcony doors all sliding to one side to better enjoy the breeze coming in (had to turn off the A/C, for good reason). We appreciated various amenities in the unit (washer/dryer, ping-pong table, larger dining room table, fully equipped kitchen), as well as the property pools. Rules are pretty strict, but that allows for everyone on property to have a more enjoyable/peaceful experience with their stay.My wife and I will be planning to come back to the keys in the next few years for a longer trip. I will definitely be considering this location for the next time.

We stayed at this property for a one-week: four adults and five children ages 5 to 7. Positives: The house was very clean, Beds were comfortable, with plenty of towels and plastic cups, Great location—quiet and close to the smaller heated pool.Problems: The AC on the side with three bedrooms was broken upon arrival, leading to two nights in 87 heat, miserable for everyone, especially the kids. A new unit was installed on day two, but it took all day, forcing us to vacate. The new unit then leaked water, which we had to clean up multiple times, and it still didn’t work that night.The listing mentioned three tubs, but only one worked. The soaker tub didn’t run water, and another was missing the toggle to switch from shower to bath. We had to bathe all five kids in a single tub all week. A running toilet also required us to turn off the water each night because the noise kept us awake. When I complained about the bathtub problem, I was told that there are two hot tubs on the property. That response felt out of touch and completely unreasonable for our needs.The manager refused to use the VRBO app, opting to call and text directly. This felt unprofessional and left us uneasy about the lack of transparency.We spent hours dealing with repairs and cleanups—time that should have been spent enjoying our trip.A one-night refund didn’t come close to covering the disruption we experienced. I hope this review helps future renters make an informed decision
