Luxury tri-level townhouse located in the upscale Mariners Club Resort, a welcoming and tranquil community designed to promote a refined lifestyle while respecting nature's beauty along the Atlantic Ocean. This unique townhouse features marble floors, granite counters, and rich wood cabinetry, creating an elegant backdrop for comfortable island-style furnishings.
The master bedroom is situated on the third floor and includes a king-sized bed, a TV, a cozy reading nook, and a distinctive ensuite bathroom with a sunken Jacuzzi tub and a separate glass shower.
Also on the third floor is a guest bedroom that features a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a full ensuite bathroom.
The main living area is located on the second floor and includes a spacious kitchen designed for cooking enthusiasts, a dining table with seating for eight, and an open floor plan leading to the living room.
This level also has a guest bedroom equipped with two extra-long twin beds, a TV, and a third full bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a complete one-bedroom apartment with a king-sized bed and a bathroom. This apartment includes a kitchenette with a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a bar sink, as well as a sitting area with a sleeper sofa.
All bedrooms and both living rooms are equipped with TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the townhouse.
Please note: The minimum stay requirement of 4-7 days varies by the time of year, and there are no arrivals permitted on Christmas Day.

Kitchen set up was perfect, the gym was state of the art nice equipment and very clean, two pools and beach area very secure place

We were celebrating the graduation of two grandsons. We enjoyed our stay and loved the little neighborhood. Everything was how it was the way it should be. Clean and comfortable. But….the master bedroom is on the top 3rd floor. That was a bit tough for this 67 year old. But I met the challenge. The pools, game room and gym were hits!!

The property worked out great for myself, family members and spouses. Communication upfront and leading to our stay was timely and clear. Check In went well and the office even notified us we could get in a little early, much appreciated. Property was clean, had all the spaces we needed and location was great. Good gym, pool and more. Smooth all the way around and would stay there again. We do recommend this property and the management company. Only request would be more/better blow dryers, did not plan to need to bring them. Everything else was just as presented and promised.

This property provided our family of five adults and four children with room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well equipped so that we could prepare meals. There were plenty of clean towels and linens.
The beautiful grounds are clean and well-kept. We enjoyed the pools and hot-tubs.
Unfortunately, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I suggest bringing your own pillows if at all possible. The ones provided are pitiful.
The refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher have seen better days. They do work, but only minimally.
The main floor bath has water damage where a wall and ceiling meet, including bubbled drywall with black mold. This is a huge health concern and should be addressed ASAP.
While we would like to come back to Key Largo, we will not stay in this particular unit again.
