Designer upgrades make this luxury, two-story townhouse with over 2600 sq ft of living space the perfect home-away-from-home for even the most particular traveler.
Enter the ground floor into a two-bedroom, 1.5 baths, with a living room and a kitchenette.
Bedroom 1 with a king bed.
Bedroom 2 with a queen. (NOTE: The queen bedroom on this level has a translucent film covering on the doors, so it is not completely private from the main living area, especially at night with the lights on).
There's a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a comfy sleeper sofa, and a large, flat-screen TV.
A flight of stairs leads up to the main living area on the second floor.
The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances, and is well stocked with cookware.
The dining area is designed for easy flow with seating for 8, and there's a breakfast bar for additional seating.
A large sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating for movie watching on the large, flat-screen TV, and a lovely screened patio is accessible through the sliding glass doors from the living area.
The master suite on this level has a king bed with a roomy ensuite bath featuring a spa tub and a separate glassed shower as well as a large vanity area.
A guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a guest bath with custom tile work in the step-in shower.
NOTE 3-7 day minimum stay requirement varies by the time of year. No arrivals on Christmas Day.

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children. This property worked perfect for us. It was just a 5 minute drive to our fishing charter. I also liked the location in how it was far enough from the marina that we did not have to smell the sargassum in the July heat. I also liked how the main pool was nearby. This pool was amazing, always had people in it and everyone using it was respectful. I would stay here again.

This townhouse was one of the better in Mariners Cove. However there was repair work on the outside of the townhouse with lots of loud banging for hours. I think we would have rented another Mariners Cove townhouse if we knew previously about the loud repair work.

Great location, lots of room in the unit, and fabulous pools! Perfect spot for a multi-generational family of 9 to spend a vacation.
