Had a small minor inconvenience one morning when we woke up, nothing that was anyone's fault but went and let the property manager know what was up and issue was taken care of quickly and it was really appreciated on our behalf. Great place to stay and will again.

Reviewer Comments:
Overall, the place was fine, the TV in the living room did not work and the dishwasher's would not close and we washed the dishes by hand. Tim at the front desk was very helpful and polite and welcoming.

Was never able to contact anyone. Only a recording. No one ever even in the lobby office. Also TVs were way too hard to turn on. 8 remotes not necessary.
