Very cozy; great couch!
They could provide basics like dish soap, detergent, salt and pepper. Who goes to buy those before renting a condo?

We found everything we needed at a local store less than a mile away.
Our apartment was so comfortable. Lots of room and an amazing kitchen. We loved that everything that we needed was there.

Well apportioned linens. The unit was very clean.
In my opinion, at least "some" coffee/tea should be provided, at least to give you a welcoming first morning as you get your bearings to the area. I think the same goes for just a bare minimum of spices--it's something easy to provide, no maintenance, nice little touch. For this unit, both the bed (king room) and the couch were comfortable enough, but certainly nothing I could take for more than a couple of days. The microwave was not installed properly and feels like it may fall if you touch it too hard. Finally, it was quite inconvenient that there was no corkscrew.
