Did not meet anyone. Most everything was ok. The screens on the doors to balcony were broken. The kitchen faucet would spray everywhere. The tvs in the rooms are tiny. There appears to be mold in the upper corners of the walls and around the walls. But..overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was a great size for us. The condo was nice and had a beautiful view. The walk to the water is kind of king but that is expected at Dauphin Island.
