Absolutely loved the property. Ground level was very convenient with having small children. The condo was more spacious than what we were expecting and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this condo.

So we liked the location and size of the place but after the first night of our daughter sleeping on the bottom bunk we noticed something on the comforter. We pulled it back and there was stained blood on it. We took it off immediately couldn’t tell if it had been washed but either way, super gross and we feel like some sort of small refund would be appropriate for compensation. Also the towels and some of the pillows are super old and dingy. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Location was great, condo was easy access to pool and beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Will be visiting again!

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Property location was a plus for birding on the gulf-side beach and was also a short drive to other locations on the island and in neighboring communities. The condo itself could use come deep cleaning. maintenance and upgrades. For example, all large appliances were noisy, kitchen faucet leaked, patio slider screen was off the track, and there was visible dirt in corners on the floors. None of these needed immediate attention during our stay so we left a list for staff upon our departure. We also did not interact much with staff, but everyone we did talk with onsite was super friendly and helpful.
