This light, bright, and airy Ocean Dunes End Unit has the loveliest southern exposure from its deck! With tasteful, traditional furnishings throughout, and updated kitchen and baths, this cheerful condo is ready to wrap you in beachfront comfort.
Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

The Rec Center pool is open year-round except for holidays or any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

Great ocean views from the deck and living room. Only 1 building away from the beach access point. Less crowded section of Kure Beach.

Great location, just enough out of town to miss the crowds on the beach. Clean and convenient, right on the beach. Having a pool was an added bonus for days when the surf was rough or the beach windy.

We loved the location of this property and the unit itself is accurately depicted. Where expectations weren’t met was within the management of the unit. After only 2 hours of walking around on the floors upon arrival we all had dirty feet from the floors. We also used bed linens to cover the living room furniture because of the visible stains and dirt...certainly wouldn’t sit on them as-is! Reached out to the office 4 times in 24 hours and received little assistance (laundry doors still broken, two closest beach access points closed with no explanation, keypad issue, and internet issue). The batteries in the keypad were finally changed after a no-show on Sunday, no response from a follow up email on Monday, and another call on Tuesday. So while we loved the location I wouldn’t recommend this unit/company as we experienced it. With increased cleanliness and more responsive staff I would.
