Location, waterfront, views, sunrise, new carpet, washer and dryer in unit, 2 baths, easy access to ocean and pool, full kitchen, off the beaten path, keyless entry, WiFi.
Cockroaches, painting rusted or discolored, ceiling stains, a bit overpriced, slow response from staff when called.

We loved the location.
The sofa bed springs were broken and needed to be repaired we found upon arrival. 4 bath towels were given for 5 people, and there were some dead cockroaches.
