-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
-No golf carts without written permission from us.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sand Castle! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and the entire experience was stress-free and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming everything felt. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful beach and very easy to access- even for my 84 year old mom. Condo interior is pretty but not fancy. Porch was wonderful to sit and watch the ocean. It’s so close. Very quiet beach - mostly families and couples with dogs. Condo exterior has seen better days but the inside has had a few updates and was in good shape. Very responsive renter.

This condo was wonderful for the three of us. Very clean upon check in and excellent communication with the host. We had an issue with the TV and they were out the next morning to correct it. I would definitely stay here again. It’s about as close to the beach as you could get and we slept so good hearing the ocean during the night. The hosts were amazing. I’ve stayed in a lot of places on the coast but never have I had such good communication and customer service by the hosts. I hope this helps!

subject dated, living room furniture shows sign of wear, needs professional cleaning at minimum. overall condition of the unit was fair, nothing spectacular. overdue for an overhaul. not what i expected at all. i was ashamed that i invited my guest to come visit with us, as it was not the best impression of the properties at the Dunes.
