Welcome to Ocean Dunes 908! This unique corner/end unit townhome nestled in the quiet serenity of Fort Fisher will afford you and your family the vacation of your dreams.
Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

Assigned covered parking for one vehicle, a second vehicle in the lot, and exterior stairs to property level.

The Rec Center pool is open year-round except for holidays or any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Parking: Assigned Parking Labeled 0908 - Under Building. Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

Perfect location. Some issues with sliding screen door on main floor that did not close all the way,might be time to replace it. Location and condo were wonderful,would definitely be back!

Great spot as far as walking distance to beach access and to the pool! Liked that it was a two story unit and don’t have to worry about going to top floor to go in or having others above us. Thought having to stop for a key would be aggravating but was easy and not out of the way. There was a small ant problem in the kid’s bedroom when we got there. After some checking I saw there was a pile of empty popsicle wrappers under the edge of the bed at the window that I assume had attracted them. Other than this the place was nice and as always we really enjoyed Kure Beach.

location on the beach was great opening the sliding doors & heard the ocean. pics of the beach & narrow dune are accurate, &inside was pretty (outside was run down, esp. the splintering wood decks) & it was kind of clean (details below). Issues: check in/out info was confusing & contradictory. Even the woman we spoke with agreed. we had to drive across town for keys, a coded lock would be nice, esp. to check in after 5pm. description is not completely accurate ie: The comm. area doesnt look like the pics & there aren't 2 covered parking spaces. There is 1 covered & 1 uncovered. dining table was extremely sticky.(I hope from age not food). No working nightlights, in unfamiliar home this is a safety concern. The sheets and towels that we were forced to purchase were clean but don't look in or behind anything bec it was very cluttered and/or dirty. You pay for linens for max occupancy. The wifi wasnt working, when we called on arrival Sat were told to call back Mon. I lost over a day of work and it took away from my vaca to make it up. but on Mond the response was reasonable. You pay for 90% of parking, be aware. Power was lost during Ophelia & there was a radio chained to shelf but it didn’t work &no batts, as well as no ER lights (flashlight etc). With no radio we couldn’t track storm or hear ER info. Safety concern. Prior to arrival we rcvd email telling us to get more service, upto 24% disc, and no fees passed on to us don’t use VRBO or any 3rd party on next book
