Welcome to Ocean Dunes 302, a beautifully updated oceanfront condo just steps from the sand, offering stunning ocean views, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.

The tennis and pickleball courts are currently being demolished and rebuilt. They will not be available for use until Spring 2027.
Outdoor pools are open May–September and are managed by the Ocean Dunes HOA. Pool closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

This property is great and we had a wonderful time here. The ease of check-in/check-out and proximity to the beach and pool make the stay just so easy it’s almost ridiculous. The management team is wonderful and extremely responsive in a moment of need. Couldn’t recommend this property more!

This condo was very clean, in very good condition and had the most dishes I've ever had in a rental! Had every pot, pan, and baking item you would need as well as extra storage containers that were very useful. The beach view was unobstructed and the balcony was larger than usual. The beach access was maybe 50 ft from the bottom of the stairs at the parking area, very close, and the outdoor shower was handy. The storage area in the carport was also very handy so you don't have to lug chairs, umbrella, etc up any stairs. The water temp in the pools, outside and inside, was cool but we visited first week of June so not terribly hot yet. The indoor pool and larger outdoor pool are about a one-quarter/ one-third mile walk or drive. We were very pleased with the unit and location.

Condo was comfortable and clean. I loved that it was quiet and we had easy access to the beach. This was one of the best vacations we have had. It was easy to relax and enjoy the slow, quiet island life.
