This beautiful completely renovated 2nd floor Gulf front 4 bedroom, 4 bath 2400 sq ft condo is conveniently located near all the restaurants and attractions but far enough away from all the crowds. The beach and Gulf View is all yours and shared with only a few others. Enjoy the sunset or the sunrise off the 2 large beach front patios. This large open floor plan is perfect for 2 families or 1 large family to share. Relax after a playful day in the surf or a long stroll on the beach in the plush living room with sofa’s, bamboo flooring, and tv/stereo entertainment area.
The large dining and bar area is directly off the newly remodeled kitchen fully equipped for your dining needs. A quaint breakfast nook overlooks the island while you enjoy your morning coffee. A laundry area with a washer and dryer and an additional bathroom with Italian tile, blue granite counter tops, custom walk in shower with duel heads, body jets and steamer sauna. The two rooms to the left of the living room are a Gulf front Master bedroom with a queen bed , and an office with a day bed, and another bedroom with Twin beds. Master bathroom has granite counter tops, Italian tile, a custom shower with body jets and a whirlpool tub. The two rooms to right of the dining area are a Gulf Front Master bedroom with a queen and a private bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and each has its own private beautifully designed bathroom.
We have beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for your use. Sea Oats is located in Viewpoint Condominium a 4 story building with an elevator, an access code secure building, covered parking, wooden boardwalk beach access and outdoor shower and No grill. No pool

We had a great week at Navarre. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, and the beach was not crowded. The condo was clean, had plenty of room, and was in a great location. It is the only rental in the building, so if you are looking for a quiet rental, this is it! The parking is covered but tight, so if you have a big vehicle, as we do, it would be hard to park if more cars are in the lot.

Was a wonderful place! Great place for two families without feeling over crowded. The beach access was perfect. Close to all the area attractions and within walking distance.

Location was perfect but elevator was not working when we got there (and never was fixed during our stay). Thank goodness we were only on the second floor. AC unit went out during our stay. Property management was very prompt on repair response but frustrating to say the least. Beds- mattresses very squeaky and not firm - probably need replacing. Overall- we would probably stay there again- elevator and ac unit problems are rare (our timing was bad) but would like to see beds updated
