Unlike most rental companies we provide the following:
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, trash bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent, spices, tin foil, hand soap, full bar of bath soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. No need to worry about essentials when packing for vacation!

The house has hardwood in all common areas and first floor bedroom. This Interior designed house has custom finishes, high end furniture and designer lighting.
Electric Golf Cart available (optional) for an additional refundable $250.00 deposit and signed agreement.
The house is located on a canal with great fishing and access to the Santa Rosa Sound. Empty lot next door is part of the property which gives you 90ft of canal front to fish from and enjoy. Bring your boat and jet skis! The boat launch is less than two miles away and you can dock your boat/jet skis at the house dock! There is a quiet subdivision pool directly across the street. You also have private access to the neighborhood fishing dock and state owned beaches along the sound. The beach is a short 300 yards away.
Navarre Beach is on a barrier island and is 'Florida's Best Kept Secret'. Voted one of 'Florida's Top White Sand Beaches' by Conde Nast Traveler.

Beautiful home! Super clean. Beautiful area. Everything just as described. Comfortable beds. I can’t say enough about the owner. We had a couple things come up that needed repair and he answered promptly and the problems were resolved quickly. Can’t say enough about how available and considerate he was! The only thing wrong was the weather, and he obviously had no control over that! Tropical Storm Arthur

This was our second time staying at this home. It has everything you could possibly need. It has kayaks and paddle boards, which we used. There are bikes in every size which we rode every day. We needed an additional small child size bike and I asked where we could rent one and the owner just had one sent over to us at no cost. That was so awesome. The golf cart really helps haul all of the beach chairs and umbrellas, which they supply, to the beach. The pool has just gone through a renovation and it is just across the street. So handy. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will possibly need. We have never rented a better house. I’m sure we will be back for a third visit. Any questions we had were answered very quickly by the owner and management company. We found no negatives when staying at this house. You will love it, I’m sure.

This was our 4th stay. It’s become an annual tradition that our family looks forward to every year. The amenities, decor, location… all top notch! Super comfortable beds too!
