BELLE MER 1204 includes:
~ 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
~ Sleeps 12
~2400 sq ft
~ King in the Primary BR
~ King in 2nd BR
~ 2 Queens in 3rd BR
~ Custom Queen over Queen bunks in 4th BR
~ Wi-Fi & Cable TV in living room and in all 4 bedrooms
~ Fully equipped kitchen (including blender & crock pot)
~ Keurig & regular coffee maker
~Washer & Dryer (iron & ironing board)
~ Pack n Play, Highchair
~ Two sets of beach service (4 chairs & 2 umbrellas) set up March through October, with additional beach chairs & umbrellas to set up & use as you wish.

~Walkover to the beach
~ Large Gulf Front Pool (Heated Seasonally)
~ Hot Tub
~ Pickleball & Tennis Court
~ Basketball Court
~ Shuffleboard Court
~ Fitness Studio
~ Community Charcoal Grills
Two parking spots are given (provided passes are required). If your group has more than 2 vehicles, please ask for assistance. No trailers OR campers allowed.
Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.
*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuations. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

“Breath-taking views”
“Paradise”
All of the cliches. This property is absolutely beautiful. This was the second time we stayed here and it will not be the last. The condo is so bright and open. It offers 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bath. The open kitchen has everything you need. The floor to ceiling glass doors let you see the ocean, sound, and the strip to Pensacola.
There is a lot of outdoor space with seating to relax or room to eat. Enjoy morning coffee and then watch the sunset with a cold beverage to end the day.
Navarre is an amazing place. It is quiet yet still has plenty to do, places to shop, choices to get take out.
Kristina was an amazing host. She was very responsive and met all of our needs.

Such a great stay for my family! Plenty of room and a great view. The host was great at getting back to me quickly as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful view and tons of room for eight of us to have a girls’ weekend. Loved having beach chairs available and extras in the storage unit. Close to restaurants and we even played some paddle ball. We’ll be back!

This hostess was fabulous and very helpful from the first contact to our exit. Place was great for several families with room for everyone. The most spacious rooms and living space. Highly recommend. Loved loved our stay
