Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the standard utensils and cookware. There is also a counter-height bar with 6 bar stools.
Dining Room: Located across from the kitchen, this dining room has a large, beautiful wood table with unique oak benches. It seats 12 people.
Living Room: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, which offers an open-concept layout. It has 2 full-sized couches, a custom saddle-colored leather loveseat, and a mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is off the main hallway to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.

House was very well up kept, it appears some recent upgrades were done across the home. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, previous reviews acted as if this was an issue, property management assured us they had all new cleaning crews for the home, can confirm they are doing a great job. House is towards the front of the community, so very convenient to get in and out of the neighborhood. The pool was a must, we didn't want to go to the beach everyday and the pool was a more convenient and relaxing experience in between beach days. Definitely intend to return, sooner than later. Thanks for the great stay.

My family and I spent a week here for Thanksgiving. The area was perfect and the house was beautiful with enough space, but we had to call maintenance multiple times. That said, the property was very responsive and had someone there to address issues promptly, if they could.
In case you miss it, the house sleeps 30, but they only allow 20 ppl at the cost shown. It is an additional $100 pp, regardless of age. You can't check in early, even if no one stayed there before. We got the code right at check in time.
Once we entered, we could immediately tell it had been a while since someone was in to clean. Dead bugs were on the floor (dry and stuck to it), the oven was nasty, and the ice maker did not work. Two of the tv's did not work properly, but the company had them replaced while we were there. The maintenance guy to tried to clean the oven, but it was in rough shape. He tried to fix the ice maker, but it never worked. He did mention we could save receipts for ice we bought, but it wasn't worth the trouble.
One of the tubs was severely clogged, the golf cart wouldn't charge, blew a fuse and had to be repaired, hand towels in the bathroom had makeup on them, the outside trash bins were already full when we got there. We found random medicine in one of the beds, and water bottles, tags, etc. that were not ours under furniture.
We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves, but for what we paid, I was not pleased with the upkeep of the property, even if it was off-peak season.

Our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect with a nice walk to the beach. It wasn’t too long for the kids in our group. Private beach access was lovely too. The property manager was very communicative. Although their office closet after 5 pm, when the hvac went down, we reached out to the emergency phone number and had a staff member come out at 10 pm. It was reassuring. They also had an hvac company back on site the following morning for a full fix. The listing has 8 roof old but I’d say 7 rooms for couples and children to adults (non couples) could fill the other sleeping spaces . The location was very clean and quiet as well.
