A tropical home built around a heated** pool, Vacation Station brings the tropics to you with swaying palm trees, thoughtful architecture, and white sand beaches nearby. This home sits next to a woodland preserve, providing a relaxing alternative to most beach houses.

Vacation Station boasts a first-floor grill near the pool, a spacious kitchen, an open-concept living area, a billiards table, and outdoor games. Renew your senses in the private pool backed by a woodland reserve. Vacation Station’s backyard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever!

You can walk or take the low-speed vehicle to nearby shopping, beach restaurants, groceries, and family activities. The beach access has a large parking lot, restrooms, a tiki bar, and the world-famous Pompano Joe’s restaurant.

A low-speed vehicle and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycles and low-speed vehicle rentals.

The parking pad can accommodate up to six standard-size vehicles. There is no parking on the grass or elsewhere in the neighborhood. Scooters, trailers, oversized vehicles, RVs, and motorcycles are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood.

Some small dogs are permitted, so please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Any small dog must be approved in advance with written consent.

We provide high-thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed are the guest’s responsibility.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

*Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required*

**The pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. The heated pool must be requested at least three days before arrival to ensure it is on and operational**

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
