Located just 4.5 miles from Downtown Canandaigua. Enjoy the hot tub, or fire in the beach front fireplace after a long day of skiiing!
Known as "Hearthstone" House this charming historic lake house was built in 1835. The wide board floors and low ceilings give it a cozy farmhouse feel but with modern amenities like central air conditioning. Fantastic lake views from every room. Spectacular waterfront (175 feet) has a stone fireplace and two wade in natural beaches. There are four kayaks and sunfish sailboat available for your use. Rent a larger boat down the road at the marina or bring your own.
Large back yard offers plenty of room for the kids to play. A private lake view patio is nestled off the kitchen and is a relaxing spot to drink your morning coffee or enjoy a meal with the family. Relax by the hot tub with views of Canandaigua Lake. Gather on the large, enclosed porch - play a game, read a book, or gaze over the lake. The game room offers a TV, billiards table and darts. There is a couch and murphy bed in here as well. Hookup your laptop
computer to the office workstation with monitors, keyboard and mouse if you need to work a little.

Stayed with 3 young kids and grandma, what a wonderful house! Kids loved the water and the canoes. Reminded me of growing up on a lake as a kid.
