About this house rental
Beautiful year round Canandaigua Lake House. This 3100 sqft 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom lake-house that sleeps 12 people including a bonus room. The house sits on a hill and has a huge wrap around porch with the most amazing view of the lake as well as the private permanent dock. If you are not enjoying the dock you can spend your time on the porch where you can enjoy coffee and cocktails as well as a good book. The property has an acre of land with a great spot for yard games and ample parking. There is a driveway from a private rd in the back (Onnalinda dr) as well as a circular driveway in the front off West Lake rd. The property is located less then 3 miles from the City of Canandaigua where you can enjoy anything from fine dining to coffee, ice cream, burgers and breweries.
Summer/Spring/Fall months - The dock has a a place to dock your boat (Boat whips are on the dock and will accommodate most boats) as well as a swimming raft and a small beach house with a small refrigerator and a place to store your things over night. It is a perfect place to swim, enjoy the sun or any of your lake toys. Enjoy the sunrise with a run on West Lake rd or a hike. The finger Lakes wine trail is a great way to spend a day if you need a break from the swimming and sun for the day. Fall- Features the most beautiful view, more trails then you can hike and the wine country. Boats are also welcome in the Fall. Enjoy the views from the porch and relax in a perfect setting.

Ten of us, ages 2 to75, spread out and had a great time. Comfortable, clean, very nicely decorated and great view.Hosts were quickly responsive to our questions.

We stayed here with a group of 4 adults, 5 kids ages 7-16, and 2 dogs and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and as advertised with plenty of space for everyone. It was easy to reach out to Jennifer. We had great weather and enjoyed all the lake has to offer for the summer. AC was in the 5 main bedrooms only but it was manageable despite the July heat.

The stink bugs were a major problem. Killed nearly 50 a day. Almost all in the upstairs part of the house. My adult daughter hardly slept the two nights she was there with them flying around in the night. Called manager Jennifer had her husband spray second day we were there and it barely helped. Can’t recommend and that’s a shame because house is perfectly located and overall very well laid out This could’ve been a great stay.
