The location is perfect and the home is lovely and spacious. It was a wonderful week for our family. It was hard for us to leave!

Overall I would love to re-book this house! The location was amazing with close proximity to restaurants and shopping, while also feeling secluded. The check in and booking process were amazing! Everyone was very responsive and helpful and we even got into the house earlier than expected which was a huge bonus! I will say I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. There were ants and bugs throughout the house and many bug traps left in every corner. I understand being so close to the water, some of this cant be helped. But it felt like there was little effort into cleaning, as there were multiple cobwebs in rooms and just small details missed. We also did not get to enjoy the hot tub during our stay (the water was swamp green at check in) which was a big appeal to booking the house. We called at check in to have it serviced and someone did stop out to treat the water. But the issue was ultimately never fully resolved wither due to not having enough time for the chemicals to work on the water before we checked out, or the service provided was not enough to fix the water as it was still cloudy and greenish the rest of the stay. The outside of the house was also covered in cobwebs and a layer of dirt on all the chairs and surfaces. We spent an hour wiping everything down, but It would have been nice to have the back patio and chairs cleaned before we checked in.

This house is amazing. The views from the kitchen, living rooms and bedrooms is spectacular. The house was very clean and had lots of pots, pans, baking trays, plates and utensils. It also has a big dining room table and even some extra folding chairs if needed. We loved that there was room to spread out. It was cool at night and there were comforters for the queen beds but none on the twin beds. This was ok for us as we didn't use all the bedrooms. Also all the pillows were very firm. It we were staying longer then 3 nights I would have asked for some different pillows.
Also, we were able to enjoy the hot tub which was great after a day at the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester.
Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling with family.
