Here's my honest review, we had a great week and loved being so close to everything. I read reviews before booking so here's what I would want to know...House is very close to beach, aerial pics are a bit deceiving. You cannot see shoreline from house just ocean. Access was easy enough however. Having 5 bed and 5 bath was great, no sharing! Beds are terrible, need replaced badly. Pillows were equally worn and uncomfortable. The entire house shows lots of wear. Clean enough but not spotless, picky details like baseboards need dusting and some of the toliets seemed mildewey but not bad enough to call housekeeping. Tubs were stained or dirty not sure which. Kitchen lacked basics like trashbags and foil. Only 2 worn dishtowels were given. Patio furniture was not comfortable, pads worn and table/chairs hard plastic with no cushions. Pool was not warm enough to use, we knew it wasn't heated but hoped it would be ok, it's too chilly. Fyi for anyone coming this time of year.

This house is in the perfect location! Steps from the beach and down the street from all of the things to do in Pensacola Beach. The house itself has been updated nicely and it's perfect to have everyone on the same floor. The only issue was there was not a small grassy yard for our pet. The weeds could've been cleaned up in the backyard by the pool better and some older outdoor things should've been thrown away but other than that it was fine. To the eye the property was clean, but there were still a few little things unclean. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with!

Another great vacay on Pensacola Beach. Just love this house. It fits our family perfectly. Very clean and the pool is a plus! If there is an issue, Paradise has someone out taking care of it immediately. Already looking forward to July 2026 for our next stay.
