Kronotop Hostel towered over by the Mangart mountain is an Austro-Hungarian era building and used to be a rectory which shows in some of the building's features, it's location is perfect for hikers, lovers of nature or those seeking adrenaline filled events. With many windows guests have a pleasant view towards the mountains or the lovely green meadows in the area. Kronotop hostel offers private rooms, dorm beds and a private room with a private bathroom where as others have a shared bedroom. On the ground floor guests will be greeted by the reception on the hallway at the entry, there is a shared professsionally equipped kitchen which guests are free to use to prepare meals with a large dining room adjacent to it to enjoy it. Each floor has a shared bathrom. On the 2nd floor guests have access to a shared lounge area for relaxation or hanging out with other guests.
Outside there is a shared garden with a view towards Mangart. The is outdoor furniture and a fire pit where guest can lounge in pleasant sunny days. Sometimes various events are held in the garden with emphasis on local food, customs and culture.

For those who need a bit of working space or wish to play board games with friends or family there is a desk with chairs just under the roof window for a soothing passage of time no matter the activity.
