About this villa rental
Brand new bathroom reno (fall 2025)!
Conveniently located in Kiawah's West Beach Village, this villa has golf, tennis, shopping, and dining all within easy reach. Located in the popular Seascape Villa community, this charming, freshly painted villa is on the first floor and has a screened porch to enjoy the wooded view. The washer/dryer and half bath are located on the screened porch. There are two flatscreen TVs and free WiFi for your convenience. With accommodations for up to four guests, there is a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The best part is having the beach access only 175 yards away!
This vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. The owners have generously provided some beach towels and toys for your use during your stay!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking only. Grills are not allowed.
As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Great location. Very close to beach access 8b or 7. 2 minute walk. Clean and lots of nice additions like usb ports, beach towels, kids beach toys. Washer/dryer is new and extra 1/2 bath was a plus! Combo keurig was also a bonus. Could use some additional sauce pans. We found none but made due. Welcome mug gifts were so thoughtful. Would definitely return!

This was our second stay, and we absolutely loved it! It's so close to the beach! And when you get home, you feel at home. It's spacious and clean and homey, makes for a great getaway. The closeness to Freshfields Market is also fantastic, hop on your bike and enjoy dinner each night with your family.

The bathroom outlet wasn’t functioning. The bedroom had no space for luggage. There wasn’t any luggage racks. Ok for a short stay but wouldn’t want to spend along time there.
