The villa is also just around the corner from the new Cougar Point Clubhouse, a great place to grab a meal or a drink overlooking the 18th green. The villa is also just a three minute walk from the Kiawah Conference Center.
This one bedroom second floor villa offers a cathedral ceiling in the main room. It includes a screened in porch overlooking a private lagoon. The villa sleeps four people with a King size bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is best suited for children. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a walk in shower. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen.

The property had everything we needed! Kitchen supplies, washer and dryer and comfortable beds. It was wonderful to enjoy the beach each day just a short walk away.

It was an easy walk to take the stroller to the beach and easy enough for the kids to walk. The villa was perfect for a short stay with kids. We would definitely rent again for a weekend getaway! Host was quick to answer and great to work with!

Clean, great communication w/ owner however property is dated and needs TLC. No lamp shade on a lamp, kitchen needs updating. Expensive for what you get.
