About this villa rental
This Seascape villa is just steps to the beach and conveniently located in West Beach Village. However, there is no pool access.
There is a king bed and a sleeper sofa in this upstairs villa with a raised ceiling in the living room and screened porch. The bathroom is bright and clean with a walk in shower. The screened porch is already our favorite "room" - perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage.

The villa was fantastic and just a few steps to the beach. It was perfect for my daughter and I to get away to our favorite place for a few days. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our time.

We have been coming to Kiawah for many years. This ranks at the top of our vacation experiences. The property is superbly maintained, the condo is beautiful and absolutely perfect for our needs! The owner stayed in communication with us and was responsive to any questions or needs. This has been a great vacation and we look forward to coming back!!

A solid Day Inn - appliances were in fine working order but the decor was well worn and less than desirable
