My family of four had a lovely 4th of July holiday here. The deck was the perfect place to see both of the fireworks shows on both the 3rd and the 4th. The festivities at the Park included loud music all day on the 4th and the in the evenings leading up to the 4th, so be aware of that if you're going for that specific holiday. The master bathroom was a bit small, but overall, it was a very comfortable stay. A 1-2 minute walk and very close to the Nest/Park. Great for the price!
