About this villa rental
Large single storey family home on 145sqm.
The day area consists of a large living / dining room surrounded by 4 large windows facing south and giving access to the terrace / pool (100 m²) and a large garden (400 m²).
The kitchen is open with a counter.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, a shower room with vanity unit as well as a bathroom with shower, double sink, double bath and a sauna for 4/5 people.
One of the rooms is equipped with a desk.
The equipment provided is as follows:
Kitchen: oven, microwave, 4 vitroceramic hotplates, kettle, 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), toaster.
Living room: Flat screen TV and sound bar, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, VCR, Super Nintendo game console.
Bathroom: Hair Dryer
Room: TV
Other: Washing machine, dryer, iron.
Baby equipment: 2 beds umbrella, baby seat, bath, pot and booster toilet, stroller cane.
Terrace: Table 8/12 people with 8 chairs, 3 chairs, two beanbones closed barbecue.

Ideally located 10km from the center of La Rochelle, Angoulins-sur-Mer faces the Pertuis d'Antioche delimited by the islands of Ré, Aix and Oléron.
It is bordering with the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage.
The Rue de la Motte Grenet is close to the sea with several direct access to the beaches of Angoulins (300 m) and pedestrian and cycle paths connecting La Rochelle to Chatelaillon-Plage.
The village center is within walking distance (650m) and includes convenience stores (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy).
A Carrefour shopping center is less than 5 minutes' drive away.
By car you will take 20 minutes to reach the center of La Rochelle.
A bus stop is located 160 m (Stop Vaux Verts Lines 20) and connects the center of La Rochelle in 25 minutes and Châtelaillon-Plage in 13 minutes.
A TER also connects the Angoulins and La Rochelle stations.
The cycle paths of the seaside can reach the center of La Rochelle in about thirty minutes and Châtelaillon-Plage in less than 10 minutes.

Fabulous spacious villa and pool really enjoyed our time there everything we needed was available from the kitchen to the bedrooms the outside area was especially good with an electric sun shade over the dining area which was handy as it was in the thirties. the arena the villa is located is very quiet but not to far away from the village center overall it is the perfect location for touring around

My family and I have enjoyed a really lovely week in this great house. The property is very well equipped very comfortable and has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. One of the best things for me was that you don’t really need a car when you’re there. The local shops and bar are only a few minutes walk away and the big supermarket is just a short cycle away. The area is really great for cycling and I recommend going up to La Rochelle by bike and enjoying a long lunch. There are also plenty of restaurants to be found in the other direction towards Chatillion plage. I am sure that we will be back as there’s so much that we still have to see in the area. I recommend a visit to Rochfort to the naval museum and a trip to Ile de Re to the world heritage site is a good day out.
