Ideal accommodation for 4 to 6 people, in a very quiet place, in the middle of nature,
Only 10 - 15 minutes from LA ROCHELLE and 15 - 20 minutes from the beaches, such as the Ile de Ré, Chef de baie, Châtelaillon-Plage, Andilly...
Accommodation of 69 m2, fully furnished, equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary crockery. Plancha available, with your private terrace. It has: - a bedroom with a large bed of 160 x 200, with a large dressing room, - a very large living room of 44 m2, including a fully equipped kitchen, with a central island and its 6 bar stools, a sofa bed for a bed of 160 x 200, a sofa bed of 140 x 190 and another bed also allowing a bed of 140 x 190, once unfolded. There is therefore the possibility of sleeping up to 8 people. - a bathroom with shower and a sink. - a separate toilet. - an outdoor terrace, with a view of the large swimming pool of 13.50 m by 6 m, on an enclosed plot of more than 4,000 m2.
Unheated swimming pool, with a temperature between 25 and 32 degrees in the middle of summer.
Possibility to swim at night, as the pool is illuminated.
Fins, masks, snorkels, water guns, water fries and inflatable buoys loaned on site.
Your pets are accepted and will be able to roam freely on an enclosed field.
A petanque court is at your disposal, as well as a wooden hut.
I also have another accommodation on site, also with a sleeping capacity of 6 people. If you wish to come in a group, with several families. You can be up to 12 people, spread over the two accommodations.
I live on the property, on the first floor of these two accommodations, with my Labrador breed dog, my cat who love to be petted and who are close to humans, as well as six chickens and six horses. I can offer you horseback riding and accompaniment with the horses as a mediator (service in addition to the rental rate).
Possibility to rent on suitable days, except July and August, or rentals are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday. PGJyPg

Bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, library are located in the village, 3 km from the accommodation.
Walking path located just in front of the accommodation.
The rate is 1200 euro per week for July and August.
To book by the night, it is possible from the beginning of September.
