About this apartment rental
Gorgeous upstairs apartment in a historic building on Hall Street which is one of the prettiest in Savannah's Historic District. You will be one block away from the downtown grocery store and on the same block with a beautiful locally owned bakery coffee shop. Just 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and 1 mile from the River, this is the ideal location for those who want a little less chaos with parking on arrival but all the best of scenery and the amazing walking lifestyle that makes Savannah world famous.
Two bedrooms each with a King size bed. Pullout sofa in the Living Room. One full bathroom plus one half bathroom both off the hallway. Two private balconies. Free public street parking.
Capacity is 4 adults but we sleep two extras under 18.
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway.
What to expect when booking: Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. I have to make a big shout out to Mary. I made a mistake on our booking and she was more than accommodating. The place is gorgeous and clean!! When coming back to Savannah I’m staying here longer than one night!

This is my second time at this property. I adore this place. It is clean, well stocked and feels very comfortable. Tons of compliments from the entire family who stayed here this time. I am looking forward to my next stay.

The apartment itself was very nice, but if you want a quiet, peaceful, place to stay, this is not it. The pictures on the website are somewhat misleading. Before getting there, we assumed that the kitchen and living area were on the first floor, but everything was on the second floor , so you had to climb up 20 steps. Glad we did not have somebody disabled with us. The apartment below us as well as the home next door had renters that kept us awake for 2 nights. The refrigerator needed a new water cartridge, ice maker would not work, the a/c unit had issues off and on, and there was a rat that ran across the kitchen floor. When calling the rental agency, all they did was send their handyman with traps, the following morning. When I called the rental agency, they informed me that since there was a Kroger nearby, the street that the apartment was on occasionally gets “roof rats”. Seriously something they should put in their rental information. They did end up refunding one night stay but not enough for the issues we went through.
