Classy 3-story apartment in downtown Savannah for up to 6 guests, about a 10 minute walk from Forsyth Park.
3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. King bed in the third-floor master suite with its own bath, a private balcony and a projector. Two queen bedrooms on the second floor.
Private driveway for two normal cars with a Level 2 EV charger.
Full kitchen, dining table for six, a 55-inch TV in the living room, and a washer and dryer.
Self check-in. No pets, no parties. Smoking outside only.
The Space:
Ground floor: the living room has a 55-inch TV and a decorative fireplace that does not operate. The stairs rise from the living room. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. A long dining table seats six. There is a half bath on this floor. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. The laundry room is on the ground floor and has a stacked washer and dryer. There is no desk or office space.
Second floor (17 steps up): two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has a 32-inch TV. A full bath with a tub and shower is on this floor.
Third floor: the master suite has a king bed with a projector above it, a private balcony overlooking the backyard, and a full bath with a shower.
All beds have 14-inch memory foam mattresses, with soft and firm pillows. A crib, a pack n play and a booster seat are kept at the apartment.
Parking: the driveway on the left side of the property fits two normal cars parked all the way forward and has a Level 2 EV charger. Please keep the sidewalk clear for pedestrians at all times. Free street parking is also available on East Waldburg Street, first come, first served.

You have all of apartment B in the duplex, the shared fenced backyard and patio, and the driveway with the EV charger.
Other spaces on the property are not part of this stay: two other rental units and a long-term tenant. Ask us if you need a larger group booked across more than one unit.
Please keep noise down between 8pm and 8am, as the city ordinance requires. No pets or parties. Events must be cleared and coordinated with us first.
The Neighborhood:
This is a special neighborhood, about half residents and half visitors, and it has the charm of the city. There are bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shops within walking distance, and Forsyth Park is about a 10 minute walk away. You are in the middle of it all, but away from the chaos and late night noise. The Kroger grocery store is two blocks away.
Getting Around:
You can walk anywhere in the downtown, historic and Starland districts. If you would rather ride, there is a free shuttle that picks up at Forsyth Park and runs around the historic district, the Downtowner (get the app), and Uber is easy to find and affordable anywhere downtown.
Other Things to Note:
This is a three-level apartment. You climb 17 steps to reach the second floor, where the two guest rooms are. The master suite is on the third floor.
Please leave your shoes at the door. Quiet hours are 8pm to 8am. Please treat the home, the other guests and our neighbors with care and respect. Smoking is allowed outside only, in designated spots. Please use the ashtrays provided.
Exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras inside the home. They are at the front door facing the street, on both sides of the building facing the driveway and courtyard, and behind the carriage house facing the service alley.
We spray for bugs every quarter, but in Savannah you may still see palmetto bugs, wasps and other insects. Keep windows and doors shut, bring food only to the dining room and keep trash in the trash can.
