Being close to stores, bars & park.
I must have missed that it was an upper apartment in a house, have to climb stairs,( which we were fine with) the rug in master bedroom needs replaced, I kept tripping on it.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. This is only an annoyance when hauling your luggage inside.
