Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, antebellum charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the beautiful, historic Victorian District, the home is walking distance from Forsyth Park and some of the area's most celebrated bars and eateries.
Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!
Getting Around:
Our home is located in the heart of Savannah (East Victorian District) which makes it easy to get around. We are close to Forsyth Park and other area landmarks. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

The property appeared as listed, the location was close to Forsyth Park (and really, the whole downtown is walkable), and checking in and out were easily done and well-communicated. Street parking was easy and my whole family was comfortable in the home.

From the pictures of the home we were surprised to see the location upon arrival. Not at all what we expected from viewing the online pics. There is a reason they do not show the outside of the home or surrounding area. The inside of the home was beautiful and very well decorated. Although there were a few things that needed to be fixed, the downstairs toilet (not uncommon in older homes) had issues flushing, slow water drainage. (Nothing that we felt we needed to reach out to them about we just didn't use that toilet). One of the curtain mountings in the living room was hanging off the wall, their was a broken lamp in one of the upstairs bedrooms just propped up against the wall and the outside area was a mess, overgrown and dead foliage, chair cushions on the ground, the stair rails were rotted out and broken/missing which would be a safety issue for any with young kids. Again, the inside of the home was nice, just some things that need some attention. The area at night you don't really want to be out in (there is a note in the house about historical district tourist safety at night issues, however applies here as well in the East Victorian district) but we never felt unsafe inside the home and were not out at night. The parking, they were right only small cars can fit in the provided parking space however we did not have any issues parking in front of the home finding a spot. Our overall stay in Savannah was great. They did send us messages if we needed anything to let them know and to check in on us. I feel if we did need something they would likely have responded quickly.
